Saalfrank feels more premium for B2B stuff, less 'consumer' than Vistaprint. Quality is usually better, especially for textile printing, in my experience.

Vistaprint is good for quick, basic stuff. Saalfrank is probably better if you need higher quality or more complex customization for corporate gifts. Flyeralarm is also good but I feel Saalfrank has a broader selection for actual 'gifts'.

For custom stuff, it takes a bit. They do a proof before printing, which adds a few days. I'd say plan for at least 2-3 weeks total after you approve the design.

It really depends on what you order. Simpler items are faster. But yeah, expect 1-2 weeks for production after proof approval, then a few more for shipping to Berlin.
